This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may or may not be possible on KoinBAE. Please read carefully before transacting.

2. No Refunds Or Cancellations

KoinBAE does not entertain any requests for refunds or cancellations of successfully fulfilled orders. Once a user places a buy order and it is fully or partially matched, the transfer of the corresponding crypto/digital asset to the seller's account is immediate and irreversible.

3. Withdrawals

Users have the option to withdraw deposited money in full or in part, subject to the applicable withdrawal limits.

4. Deductions And Retention

In case of actions by the user resulting in amounts due, KoinBAE reserves the right to retain or deduct the amounts and refund the balance in the user account, except when prohibited by applicable laws.

5. Currencies And Settlement

Purchases of crypto/digital assets are restricted to currencies stated on the platform and are deducted from the user's wallet in INR or USDT. Similarly, selling of crypto/digital assets can be done as per the currencies stated on the platform and the corresponding amounts will be credited to the user's wallet.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

1. Failure of the user to provide requested information or documents in accordance with the terms of use of the online platform.
2. Suspicion of the user's engagement in fraudulent or illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or breach of any laws in any jurisdiction as determined by KoinBAE.
