• The Company does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
• All decisions to purchase, sell, hold, or transfer VDAs are made solely by you, based on your own independent judgment.
• You should seek professional advice from qualified advisors before making investment or trading decisions.

3. Market and Volatility Risks

• VDAs are highly volatile, with prices subject to rapid and unpredictable fluctuations.
• The value of a VDA may decrease to zero or experience significant losses within short periods of time.
• Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results.

4. Regulatory and Legal Risks

• The regulatory framework for VDAs in India is evolving, and future changes in law, regulations, or government policy may affect the legality, availability, or value of VDAs.
• VDAs are not issued, backed, or guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Government of India, or any other authority.
• Your ability to access, hold, or transfer certain VDAs may be restricted if regulatory actions or compliance requirements so mandate.

5. Technology and Cybersecurity Risks

• VDA transactions occur on blockchain networks which are outside the Company's control. Issues such as network congestion, technical errors, protocol changes ("forks"), or cyber-attacks may delay or prevent execution of transactions.
• There is a risk of hacking, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access to your account or wallet if you fail to safeguard your credentials and devices.
• The Company implements security measures but cannot guarantee that losses will not occur due to cybersecurity breaches.

6. Liquidity Risks

• Some VDAs may have low liquidity, making it difficult to buy, sell, or convert them without significant price impact.
• Delisting or restriction of assets by the Company or regulatory authorities may limit your ability to trade or withdraw holdings.

7. Operational Risks

• The Company may, at its discretion, list or delist assets, suspend trading pairs, or restrict access to certain fiat currencies.
• In the event of delisting, the Company will provide a withdrawal timeline but is under no obligation to convert your holdings into stablecoins or fiat.
• Technical outages, system failures, or maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.

8. Taxation Risks

• Transactions in VDAs may attract tax obligations under Indian law, including but not limited to Income Tax, GST, and TDS provisions.
• You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations. The Company is not liable for your compliance with tax laws.

9. Inactivity and Unclaimed Assets

• If your account remains inactive or your KYC incomplete for more than five (5) years, applicable law may require the Company to classify your holdings as unclaimed property.
• In such cases, assets may be transferred to the relevant authority or treated as unclaimed funds of the Exchange, in line with regulatory obligations.

By using KoinBAE, you acknowledge and accept that:
